I have done a lot of online shopping and I must say that Shanna is one of the best! Mysweetbowtique.com is really easy to navigate and user friendly. When I emailed Shanna about the white kufi's, she responded quickly and provided all the information I needed. On top of all of this, I received an email shortly after placing my order for a partial refund. Shanna included a note saying that shipping wasn't as much as she thought.
I am truly impressed with the service and quality of her products. Kudos to you! |
